Steven Laitmon, Founder - CEO
A licensed attorney in both New York and California, Steven graduated from Emory’s Guizeta School of Business in 1994 and began his career in the entertainment industry by working for such companies as United Talent Agency and Sony Music, where he employed his impressive knack for resourcefulness and expeditiousness. Steven went on to produce the Emmy nominated civil rights documentary, “The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till.” Utilizing the impressive network of relationships he had built up over the years, Steven co-founded The Calendar Group, a multi-industry, multi-disciplinary high net worth client and staffing firm.
A successful entrepreneur, Steven is also the CEO of Nothin’ But Foods, a gourmet natural food company. In his free time he mentors young entrepreneurs.

Nathalie Laitmon, Principal and Co-Founder
Nathalie has been a thought leader and expert in the Human Capital Talent and Recruitment field for the past twenty years. After graduating from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1995, Nathalie consulted with a variety of clients at both Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young in their Human Capital Consulting practices, delivering programs globally to Fortune 500 companies and their employees. Nathalie went on to work at Solomon-Page Group, where her passion for building teams continued to grow as she recruited Human Resources and Operations experts for prominent global organizations. Thirteen years ago, Nathalie became a Co-founder of The Calendar Group, alongside her husband, Steven Laitmon, intent on filling an outstanding need in the domestic staffing marketplace for professional, sophisticated services.
